Fleet AMC and priority response — downtime priced out of your week

At Kallukatti, Kaliyakkavilai — on the NH-47 (now NH-66), near the Nayara petrol pump — serving fleets across the border belt from both branches.

after-hours emergency line — call any time: 094872 34923

Also called: AMC, fleet contract, annual maintenance. For a fleet, electrical faults are not repairs — they are schedule damage. The contract exists to make them somebody else's urgency: ours.

When you need this

This page is for anyone who runs vehicles in plural: school and college buses that must leave at dawn; company pickups and vans; auto union lines where a member's dead vehicle is a day's lost income; contractors with tractors and JCBs that bill by the hour.

A fleet vehicle down this morning, contract or not? Call 094872 34923 — breakdown help runs regardless; the contract just moves you to the front of it. Emergency help →

A private car that will not start ruins a morning. A school bus that will not start strands forty families before breakfast, and an auto that sits is a daily wage not earned. Fleet electrical work is therefore a different trade from walk-in repair: it is about preventing the morning failure, and about who gets attended first when prevention was not enough.

The arrangement has three parts, taken together or separately. An annual maintenance contract puts every vehicle on a scheduled electrical inspection — batteries, charging, starters, lights, wiring — priced per vehicle per year, so faults are found on our bench instead of on your route. A priority-response retainer, priced per month, puts your breakdowns at the head of the queue with the service vehicle. And fleet battery supply handles replacement cycles across the line in one arranged lot, on terms discussed directly rather than at counter rates.

The paperwork is kept as serious as the vehicles: inspection records per vehicle, printed GST billing throughout, and one phone relationship with a workshop that has run on this highway for 28 years — with a second branch at Pudukadai covering that side of the belt.

What it costs

Annual maintenance contract, per vehicle per year ₹2,500 – ₹5,000
Priority breakdown response retainer, per month ₹1,000 – ₹3,000

Fleet battery supply is quoted per line and cycle, in person — sizes, counts and timing differ too much for a counter price. One call arranges the sit-down.

Fleet & AMC — what you should know

What the scheduled inspection actually covers

Battery health and terminals, charging output under load, starter draw, lighting and signals, wiring condition where working vehicles wear it. It is the same discipline as our free walk-in battery test, applied to a whole line on a calendar — so the weak cell is found the week before the route finds it.

What priority means at 6 AM

It means the retainer fleet's dead bus outranks the day's walk-in queue for the service vehicle and the first technician free. No response-time promises dressed as guarantees — priority is a queue position, honestly kept, and it is worth exactly what a dawn departure is worth to you.

Auto unions are fleets too

A union line of three-wheelers qualifies for every arrangement on this page, and three-wheeler work is a quarter of this workshop's daily trade.

The vehicle-side detail lives at auto rickshaw electrical work →.

Machines on contract

Tractors and JCBs on earthwork or farm schedules take the same AMC discipline — with field-side attendance where the machine cannot sensibly travel. An idle machine bills nobody; the inspection calendar is cheaper than the idle day.

Fleet & AMC — vehicles we do this for

Fleet & AMC — common questions

What does an AMC cost per vehicle?

₹2,500 – ₹5,000 per vehicle per year, by vehicle class and line size — buses and machines sit differently from autos. The exact schedule is agreed in the sit-down, in writing.

And the priority retainer?

₹1,000 – ₹3,000 per month for the line. It buys queue position and a standing relationship, not a stopwatch promise — and we would rather say that plainly than sell you a guarantee nobody can keep on real roads.

Can we get fleet pricing on batteries without an AMC?

Yes — bulk replacement cycles are arranged on their own. Bring the line's sizes and counts, or let the first inspection build that list for you.

We are across the Kerala line — covered?

The belt we serve runs Kollemcode to Kulasekaram and across to Parassala; both branches carry fleet work. Call and name the route — the answer is usually yes.
