Losing every key feels final because the vehicle's security is doing its job: no recognised transponder, no engine. The RC book and your photo ID; the make, model and rough year; where the vehicle stands; and any key remnants — a broken blade or a dead fob can shorten the bench work. Ownership is verified before work begins, every time, for every customer.

Does the car come to us, or the bench to the car?

Every key to my car is gone. Is a dealership my only option?

No — building a key from zero is bench work we do routinely, usually at a fraction of the dealership route, and without the tow to another district. Bring the RC book and your ID; that part is not optional.

How long does it take?

It varies honestly by make and security generation — some vehicles are same-day, some need the deeper bench route. You get the real estimate on the first call, not a promise built to win the job.

Why do you insist on the RC book?

The old keys might turn up later. Problem?
